What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products have a shelf life of 30 months.
Most of our products have a shelf life of at least 6 months after opening.
Note: The PAO symbol is displayed on every product. This shows you how long you can use the product after opening.

Why can I not return opened products?
Please note that we cannot take back products that have already been opened for hygienic reasons. Therefore, a complete refund is only possible if the product and packaging is unopened!

Can I recycle your packaging?
All our packaging can be recycled. We want everyone to have fun, including the environment.

I saw that some of your products contain alcohol. Doesn't alcohol dry out the skin?
The answer is yes and no. There are many different alcohols. So-called fatty alcohols, for example, have a moisturising effect. Other alcohols can dry out the skin. Most of our products contain fatty alcohols. However, some products also contain small traces of other alcohols. This is because some raw materials contain small amounts of alcohol. We never add any alcohol to our products, which can dry out your skin.

Are Pretty Cheeky products natural?
We try to make our products as natural as possible! However, it is also important to us that we primarily use safe ingredients with the highest effectiveness on the skin. Many purely natural ingredients are irritating and, although natural, can cause skin irritation. That's why we only use soothing and safe ingredients in all our product formulas – regardless of their natural or synthetic status.

Why are Pretty Cheeky products not made from 100% natural ingredients?
Most of our ingredients are by definition “natural”. Our product developers and production team only use high quality, skin friendly ingredients with scientifically proven effects.
We believe in the power of nature and that natural ingredients are always the best choice. On the other hand, we want to ensure that our products achieve the best results. Therefore, in addition to the purely natural ingredients, we also use other scientifically proven, highly effective ingredients. In the end we want our products to be a perfect mix of the best that nature and modern science have to offer.

Why do some Pretty Cheeky products contain ingredients declared as synthetic?
Our product developers use a small number of harmless synthetic ingredients, which is essential for product efficiency and stability. This ensures that we can offer the most effective products while eliminating animal testing and meeting vegan standards.

Are your cannabis products safe to use? Will I get high?
Our cannabis products contain no psychoactive ingredients. You will definitely not get high. The only risk you’re taking is a radiant complexion.

For which skin types are the products suitable?
Our products are suitable for all skin types.

Can any side effects or intolerances occur when using Pretty Cheeky products?
Our products contain natural ingredients and have been tested and approved for their compatibility in accordance with EU regulations. However, every skin is different, and allergies can occur. In such cases we recommend that you stop using our products immediately. Please avoid swallowing any of our products.

I suffer from a skin disease. Are Pretty Cheeky products suitable for me?
If you suffer from a skin disease and would still like to use our products, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist in advance.

A Pretty Cheeky product caused a reaction on my skin. What to do?
We recommend that you test each product on a sensitive area of your body, such as the crook of your arm, before using it.
Note: Please do not use our products on irritated or damaged skin.
When using some facial cleansing products, such as Canna Bliss or Magic Matcha, some skin types may experience tingling or slight redness immediately after application. These reactions can be considered normal and only show that the ingredients contained in the product work on the skin.
The compositions of our products are 100% harmless, have been tested and approved for compatibility in accordance with EU regulations. If skin irritation occurs during or after use, for example a burning sensation or persistent redness, please rinse the product immediately. In extreme cases, we also recommend contacting your doctor. This will help to clarify any incompatibilities.

How can I redeem a voucher?
You can redeem the voucher code by clicking on "shopping cart". Under shopping cart total there is an input field for voucher codes. Enter the code here. Then click on "Apply voucher" and the sum of your shopping cart will be updated automatically. It is not possible to combine several voucher codes. A voucher can only be redeemed once. Products on offer are excluded. Once an order has been placed, a code cannot be changed or updated.

What are the shipping costs?

How long will I have to wait for my order?
This can vary by location. Shipping to the UK or mainland Europe usually takes 2 to 3 days. See here for details.

My shipping address is too long. What can I do?
Addresses with more than 35 characters are not accepted by our logistics partner. If your address is too long, we ask you to use abbreviations (e.g. St. = street, Rd. = road etc.) to reduce the overall length. You can leave additional important information and address details in the column provided.

Can I change my order afterwards?
If you want to change your order later, we would ask you to cancel the order (before it is shipped) and place a new order with the desired products.

How can I track the status of my order?
After confirmation of dispatch you will receive your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. If you have not received a tracking link, please contact us with the subject line "I do not have a tracking number".

The tracking says that my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What can I do?
You probably weren't at home to receive your package on the delivery date. If this is the case, please check to see if any delivery information was left in your mailbox. Your parcel could also be at a neighbour's, the caretaker's, the post office or a packing station. If your package cannot be found, please contact our customer service.

What can I do if my parcel has been returned to the sender?
If the delivery company returns the dispatched goods to us because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This happens, for example, if the customer refuses to accept the goods, does not pick up the consignment at the post office or gives false information on the address. If you want us to deliver the parcel again, you will need pay any additional shipping costs that are incurred.

How can I create a customer account?
Click on the field "Create new customer account" during your first order to create your personal customer account and choose a password. The password is confidential and you can log in at any time, e.g. if you want to order something.

Why is it useful to create a customer account?
A customer account allows you to easily access all your orders and check the shipping status.

I have an account, but I cannot log in. What should I do?
This could be because you do not have an account yet. Check your email to make sure you have received an order confirmation from us. Remember, if you did not create an account when you last ordered, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the information you need to track your order. If you want to create an account, you can do so the next time you place an order.

Why can't I give a rating for every product?

My article arrived damaged. What can I do?
Unfortunately, it can happen that goods get damaged during transport. Please contact our customer service. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods. This is important so that we can trace the damage and offer you a solution as soon as possible.

I would like to exchange my article. How does it work?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an article in the classic way and receive a different product in return. However, you are welcome to return the product you wish to exchange and simply place a new order for the item you wish to exchange instead. Please note that exchanged goods must also meet the conditions of the cancellation policy.

I received the wrong item or one item is missing. What can I do?
If something like this should happen in rare cases, please contact our customer service and we will find a solution immediately.
